Combined Class 2 & 3 until further notice.
Time will be 8.15pm to 8.45pm (with a bit of flexibility on the end time if the trainer requires more time due to larger numbers).
Please note class 2 and class 3 will be a combined class until further notice commencing from Weds 25/2/26. Due to a temporary shortage of trainers we have had to make a quick decision to ensure ALL classes are covered over the coming weeks. This is a ‘temporary’ change and we hope to return to seperate classes in the near future.
